ABE Moving is a family-owned moving company based in Victoria, BC. We’ve been helping people move — locally within Greater Victoria, long-distance to Vancouver and Calgary, and everything in between — since 2005. In that time, we’ve completed thousands of moves for Victoria families, seniors, students, businesses, and people relocating to the island from across the country.

Our Founder
ABE Moving was founded by Zvonomir, who started the company with a simple conviction: moving is a stressful experience, and the people you hire to help should make it easier, not harder. That conviction shows up in the specifics — clear pricing before we start, no fuel surcharges on local moves, furniture wrapped and blanketed as standard, billing in 15-minute increments rather than rounding up.
More than 20 years later, that founding approach hasn’t changed. The company has grown, the crew has expanded, and the services have broadened — but the standard on every move is still the same one Zvonomir set at the beginning.

Where We Work
Our home base is Victoria, and we serve all of Greater Victoria — Saanich, Langford, Oak Bay, Esquimalt, Colwood, Sooke, Sidney, and every neighbourhood in between. We also specialize in long-distance moves along established routes: Victoria to Vancouver (with BC Ferries coordination), Victoria to Calgary, and throughout Interior BC and Alberta.
Our storage facility is located in Malahat — secure, climate-controlled, and monitored with video surveillance and alarm systems 24 hours a day. We offer a pickup-and-delivery model: we collect your belongings, store them safely, and return them to your new address when you’re ready. You don’t need to arrange your own transport or make multiple trips.
